LMS 2-8-0 no. 48151 looks well cared for in this shot, taken on 16th August 1975. The loco has since been restored to main line running condition.Previous | NextGWR 2-8-0T no. 5224 and an unidentified 'Castle'. 5224's is another story with a happy ending; the loco is fully restored and has put in guest appearances at several heritage lines around the UK.
